Festivals & Events
The Partnership has offered support to festivals of all sizes that celebrate the culture, heritage and environment of Lough Neagh. For the first time a comprehensive festival for Lough Neagh was organised and promoted by the Lough Neagh Partnership. The development of festivals and events will provide visitor attractions and create social & economic benefits to local people.
Feila na Locha
The Muintir Na Mointeach community group undertook a series of festivals to celebrate social, health, historical and wetland aspects of life in Lough Neagh with funding from the Lough Neagh Partnership.
Coyle’s Cottage Festival

O’Neill Summer School
The O’Neill Summer School is a yearly event celebrating the heritage and history of Lough Neagh and the O’Neill clan. Its first year proved very successful and in 2007 it celebrated the 400th anniversary of the Flight of the Earls.
